Barry Saunders (Warratahs), Ebony Lamb (Eb & Sparrow) and Caroline Easther (The Chills) bring you a suitcase full of brilliant songs from back country roads and swollen skies to soaring harmonies in a very relaxed way as they run through their songs for the very first time in from of an audience. Everyone welcome, especially the forgiving and well-behaved!
With an expansive repitoire from their many years of performing Aotearoa top to toe, these three musicians will lift the roof with suprising covers alongside their own critically acclaimed works, expect to be sung into the very rafters.
Barry Saunders has been the dynamic vocalist and guitarist of The Warratahs over the past thirty years, paving out a distinguished career which led to being inducted into the NZ Country hall of fame, along with winning the Tui for Best Album in 2016. Winning acclaim and awards for his solo albums and collaborations is ongoing, his current work has been releasing “Word Gets Around” with Delaney Davidson throughout 2019.
Ebony Lamb has been the driving force of well loved band Eb & Sparrow over the past eight years. As the lead singer songwriter with a unforgettable voice and defined rythem guitar, Ebony has woed critics and fans alike. Opening for international acts (Rodriguez, Beth Orton) as well as New Zealand favourites (Tami Neilson, Marlon Williams) and touring the country over, Ebony is currently recording her first solo album to be released late 2019.

Caroline Easther who’s musical legacy spans 30 years from Dunedin to the world, may be best known for her immense drumming skills and sublime backing harmonies for the likes of The Chills, The Verlaines, Barry Saunders, Hobnail and Let’s Planet to name a few! Caroline released her well received album “Lucky” in early 2019 (made with Dave Long of The Muttonbirds) and stepped into the lead with her own haunting, intelligent indie-pop based songs. With a superb richness of voice and strong guitar melodies, Caroline’s songwriting with keep you hooked at every note.
