Calling all 65 to 80 years olds to a KCDC meeting!
June 29 @ 1:20 pm - 2:30 pm
Invitation to a KCDC meeting
1.20-2.30pm on Wednesday 29 June at St Peter’s Village Hall
Are you between 65 and 80 years old and would like to contribute to KCDC’s strategy on older people in the workforce?
As a valued member of Paekākāriki’s community, we would like to invite you and your friends/whanau to share your views, which will inform the Kāpiti Coast District Council’s strategy on older people in the workforce. This strategy will support older people’s participation in work.
As part of this, we are hoping to understand your experiences in work, looking for work, and in preparing for retirement, along with any barriers or challenges you have experienced in the world of work. You are invited to be a part of a small group discussion on this issue.
We would love to hear from you if you are aged between 65 and 80, live in Paekākāriki, and are currently either retired, in work, or looking for work, and invite you to the meeting
If you or your friends or whanau are keen to contribute/participate, or if have any questions about what you can expect on the day contact Angela on Mobile 027 633 2821, or email [email protected] No prior preparation is required, although we would like confirmation of intention to attend as light snacks and beverages will be provided.
