Let yourself be moved, shaken stirred even..
Find your way to our Ecstatic Dance floor, give yourself permission to fully turn up to how it is right now to move this remarkable body of yours.
Dance solo, dance with other, dance with the ocean view,
dance the sun down…how ever it is for you,
this is the place to dance.
We turn up as our Adult self with the resources we have
and we D.A.N.C.E
Let me weave a sound scape for you, in the moment, let me take you on an adventure with yourself, and this group body, hopefully brining you in to land with a deep connection to this land, this body, this environment and settling some of that inner landscape noise as we go thru.
Leave your judgements, your phones, your shoes, your korero at the door. Pick up what you need on your way out.
If you wish to dance with another, make sure you have consent, ((Don’t be a dick))
730 we start
740ish > karakia, welcome >>>

Kaiakindness is an OpenFloor International teacher, teaching regular weekly classes, living here on the Kāpiti Coast. Kaia creates a sacred space for you to reach within, and without, allowing you to tune into something greater than you, whilst always starting with you.
She holds space like a boss, weaves a soundscape that starts with Te Ao Maori >> Kaia takes you on a journey thru time and space, always landing back here > Aotearoa.
