Free Beings Yoga teacher Karlin Frew has recently returned from 9 months volunteering at Anahata Yoga Retreat where she also completed a 200hr YTT with Golden Flow Yoga and 180hr Restorative, Breath and Yoga Nidra training with Swami Karma Karuna.
Classes are focused on transforming stress into strength and building stamina, and flexibility in the physical body and focusing on our most powerful tool, the breath.
Classes suit all levels and start with a flowing series to warm-up the spine and muscle groups, followed by a series of balance and longer held postures. Then we start cooling down on the mat before a final savasana, resting pose.
Yoga class entry does not require a vaccine passport.
