Yoga on Sundays with Adhyatma

10-11.30am on Sundays (8 May until 3 July) at St Peter’s hall
In these Sunday morning classes, we slow down with gentle stretches and navigate our inner landscapes to balance the mind, body and energy using asana, breathing and meditation. We calm the body and mind and let go. This is followed by YOGA NIDRA, a powerful practice that induces deep relaxation to dissolve mental and emotional tension that also revitalises the nervous system and gives energy equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep.
These classes are slow, nurturing and internalising and are specifically designed to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. Blankets will be available. Mats can be borrowed.
I offer a sliding scale from $12 – $15 depending on your circumstances.
