YOGA with ANJA
Venue: Ayurveda Wellness Centre @ 28 Te Miti Street
Cost: $15 casual or $80 for a six-class pass. Lunchtime class $10
Mon: 7-8.15pm
Strong flow
Wednesday: 12.00 – 1pm
Lunchtime yoga for all of you who are working from home
Thurs: 9.30-10.45am
Restorative
A gentle restorative class suitable for anyone who is recovering from an injury or illness
All classes are held at the Ayurveda Wellness Centre at 28 Te Miti Street. Yoga mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters are provided. Casual $15 or a six class pass $80. Lunchtime class is $10. No previous experience required. Just show up!
