A new East Meets West music fusion project tours Aotearoa in Spring, taking audiences on an exotic soundscape journey from Shimla in northern India to Dingle in west Kerry, and many locations in between.
Featuring award winning artists Basant Madhur (tablas), Tristan Carter (violin) and Jon Sanders (mandola), the trio have worked in various music projects including most recently the Shades of Shakti concerts and Arts on Tour’s India meets Ireland shows.
The trio will weave together ragas and reels, Indian and Irish vocal cameos, and self-penned anthems bringing a unique and mesmerising experience to the venerable St Peter’s Church.
