Te reo Māori translator – Melissa Bryant

Tēnā koutou.  I have completed Te Tohu Paerua o Te Reo Kairangi and the Tāhuhu Reo, full-immersion Masters degrees in te reo Māori from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa and Te Wānanga o Raukawa, and the Toi Reo Māori national certification as a registered translator.
I began translating professionally in 2022, and have been fortunate to work with a wide range of material for web and print publishing for children and adults, providing interview transcription and translation, glossary compilation, and copy editing, as well as translation.
My experience also includes research and information management within libraries, archives, electronic records management, and digital heritage research teams, as well as speech-language therapy.
